职位描述：
主要工作职责，
1）配合设计部门工作，并确保供应商能够按样版生产
Supporting the design department to develop the initial technical specification packs to enable suppliers to proceed with proto sampling.
2）管理和协调安排会议，准备会议的样版，包括尺寸，船样和准备会议记录，更新整个产品验货的实际情况
Manage and co-ordinate fit meetings through to gold seal.Prepare development samples for fit meetings; this will include measuring, inspecting samples and making preparatory notes for disscussion and updating the critical path throughout the fit and development process.
3）利用技术专长帮助提高/确保利润率的保持
Use technical expertise to help improve and/or ensure margins are maintained.
4）发送准确及时的技术意见，跟供应商保持沟通，确保技术信息无误及技术标准正确
Responsible for sending accurate and timely technical comments liaising with suppiers on daily basis ,ensure technical information is understood and the required technical standards are maintained.
5）与生产部，设计，技术经理沟通，积极主动解决任何问题
Liaising with the production, design and technical managers on any quality issues,being proactive in resolving and implementing solutions to any problems.
6）给供应商提出并提交准确的分级规范表
Raise and submit accurate graded specification sheets for production to suppliers.

岗位要求：
1）至少5年以上女装QC工作经验；
will have a minimum of 5 years experience specialising in womenswear.
2）熟悉服装尺码及分码；
will have extensive knowledge of garment make up ,fit and grades.
3）充满激情，前进的思维，致力于帮助把这一业务提升上一个台阶；
will be passionate, forward-thinking,and dedicated to helping take this business to the next level.
4）有较高的时间管理意识及沟通技巧，能够在压力及快节奏的环境下工作；
will be highly organised with great time management skills and communication skills
5）能适应长期的出差；
ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment,be able to adapt to long-term business trip
6）有良好的英文听说读书的能力。
Fluent English both spoken and written is a must. Directly work with foreign customers by writing e-mails or phone call daily
