岗位职责:
- Project coordination and implementation for Horeca, Trader and CBU customer group management, to support with Procurement & Category Manager on the execution of the project in assortment, sales and advertising activities
- Building up the concept of the destination category(sub category) regarding to market potentiality customer needs, quality control and merchandising principle
- Support the implementation of the Procurement and Category Management strategy by ensuring the achievement of the target of sales and gross profit of total Division
- Respect the routine of sales & profit forecast, debriefing and counter measurement of the assigned categories or range by monthly, quarterly and semi-yearly and take all necessary actions to guarantee the achievement
- Secure the execution of pricing policy of the responsible categories or range and the acceleration of competitiveness and profitability
- Work out the space allocation plan in cooperation with the Merchandizing Department to optimise space productivity, stock level and shrinkage reduction
- Develop his/her supplier’s base and contract for domestic and import, exploiting opportunities for synergy within Metro companies
- Facilitate and maintain effective internal communication with other Offer Management departments, Operation, Customer management departments and supporting services
- Coordination of international cooperation with MGB, MGL and other cross division companies
- Support to provide assortment and marketing information as well as data to guarantee and optimise space productivity, stock level and shrinkage reduction
- Support and secure the range review and assortment segmentation process based on targeted number of suppliers and articles
- Ensure T.O., profit and LI inline with company’s target
任职资格 :
- Preferably fluent English (both written and spoken), Essentially Mandarin
- Respect team-work spirit and the ability to influence the team member in positive way
- Relevant product knowledge is necessary
- Entrepreneurship and customer orientation, understand the Cash & Carry business model
- Self disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of procurement and merchandizing experience within retail sector at equivalent management position level. Prior experience in managing procurement team
