岗位职责：
1、协助总裁处理日常工作事务；
2、做好与公司相关部门的沟通和协调；处理相关的商务接待工作；
3、负责公司总裁文件、信件、函电的接收与转达等文秘工作以及为公司做好各种重要文件或信息的保管工作；
4、负责总裁工作会议管理，会议纪要记录、归档；协助总裁对重要业务资料进行档案管理；
5、负责总裁会务的组织安排，负责总裁工作时间安排、提醒、记录；并对决议事项进行催办、查办和落实；
6、负责对外联络、接待来访客户；
7、负责完成公司总裁交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历, 中文或行政文秘等相关专业毕业；
2、一年以上工作经验，有行政文秘工作经验优先，形象端庄；
3、英语良好；
4、熟练使用Office应用软件；
5、良好的组织能力、沟通能力、思维敏捷；
6、为人正直，工作认真细致，严谨细心，条理性强，保密意识强；优秀的职业操守，责任心强。
