数字营销主管 Digital Marketing Officer

工作职责：
1. 构建与维护集团官网、各产业的官方微博等数字平台及社交门户；
2. 运用最新的互联网传播手法和技术手段，推广集团品牌，支持旗下各产业的产品及服务的营销工作；
3. 配合企业市场推广战略和进度，开展企业网络推广方案策划及执行实施，对执行效果进行跟踪分析，报告；
4. 开展网站SEO优化，利用各种互联网资源提高网站的访问量及传播效果，并按周期进行数据分析，确保网站数据流量；
5. 了解网站最近的情况及动向，发现负面、反面的信息及时同网站负责人沟通、处理；
6. 完成领导交代的其他工作。

具体要求：
1. 大学本科学历，公关、广告、新闻、市场营销、计算机等专业优先；
2. 三年或以上网络推广经验，能够独立执行相关推广及营销活动，有微博营销工作、博客和论坛管理经验者优先，有企业微博运营成功经验和成功案例者优先；
3. 熟练掌握网络推广渠道与手段，包括：微博、博客、社交网站、分类网站等推广方式，有成功的推广案例者优先；
4. 熟悉网络软文写作，有撰写热点新闻稿件、相关评论性稿件并跟进维护的相关工作经验；
5. 有一定的方案策划能力及写作功底，语言表达沟通能力强；
6. 积极协调、协助公司线下宣传、促销活动，在线上快速传播品牌；
7. 较强的沟通和协调能力，具备良好的服务和团队意识，能承受较强工作压力，有强烈的责任感。
