工作职责：

• 负责自动售卖机器的硬件系统设计，包括编写硬件系统规格书，评估机电控制方案。
• 负责模拟/数字电路的设计（包括原理图，BOM和元件选型，设计可靠性，质量和成本的管理）。
• 审核相关项目团队中其它硬件工程师的设计。
• 带领项目团队解决在开发和生产过程中遇到的各种问题。
• 指导PCBA量产的功能测试设计。

技术/经验要求：

• 电子工程或自动控制相关专业本科以上学历。
• 5年以上数字/模拟电路的设计经验，能指导技术人员完成各项项目相关工作。
• 熟悉交直流电机驱动，步进控制或伺服控制的其中一种驱动电路设计。
• 熟悉温度，水位，压力，霍尔和光电类等传感器检测电路，和相关的信号处理电路设计。
• 精通PADS或OrCAD等原理图和PCB设计工具，具备混合信号及多层板设计和布线经验者优先。
• 有良好的EMC/EMI，及安规的设计经验，具备丰富的可靠性设计经验；熟悉CE/VDE/UL的认证测试及整改。
• 熟悉机电类产品PCB设计和生产流程。
• 了解机电一体化控制原理和嵌入式软件系统。
• 具有较强的分析、调试、解决设计和生产问题的能力。
• 良好的英语读写能力，能进行简单的英语技术交流者优先。
• 工作主动、有责任心，以及良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力。
• 有工业控制类产品的开发经验者优先。

Responsibilities

• Hardware system design, including system specification, evaluating control method with Mechanical proposal.

• Lead analog/digital circuit design (including Schematic, BOM creation, IC
  selection with good mind of quality and cost control) and debug.
• Review hardware design by other hardware designers.
• Analyse/resolve hardware design or product failure issues during design/production phase.
• Lead function test design for PCBA production.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Electronic Engineering or automation related.
• Minimum 5 years full time working experience in electronic digital/analog
  circuit design.
• Good at (driver) circuit design on either DC motor, step motor or servo motor.
• Good at circuit design on temperature, level, pressure, hall-effect, optical
  sensor and related signal rectify.
• Good at (PADS or OrCAD) EDA design tools, and experience with multi-layer PCB layout is an asset.
• Experience and good knowledge of EMC/EMI design, safety criterion, and CE/VDE/UL
  related certification.
• Familiar with PCB design and production process for mechatronics product.
• Familiar with embedded software system and mechanical part control is an asset.
• Strong Capability to troubleshoot and solve problem during design/production phase.
• Good English written/oral communication skills.
• Willing to grow in technical career, active, responsible, and good team-work.
• Experience of industrial control product is preferred.
