工作职责：

• 在机械工程领导的指导下设计并开发构造设计来满足适当的产品要求。进行精细部件的设计，制造和/或更新SolidWorks CAD模型，生成适当的尺寸图。
  

• 进行零部件及系统水平的分析, 以确保设计提案的稳定性。（与所有相关的产品规格、材料进行比较，压力与疲劳分析，尺寸公差叠加分析等。）
• 通过互联网研究技术信息。
• 与品管团队合作以确定元件、系统和/或寿命测试的适当水平，以验证设计。
• 根据需要建立原型系统并进行相关测试和分析。
• 准确估计设计任务的时间。充分考虑项目所需的研发投入，配合项目经理确保符合项目成本和时间进度的要求。
• 在整个进程中了解并清楚表达技术风险和设计余量，当产生新的风险时，确保项目经理能获知。
• 与供应商共同审查设计，支持DFM/DFA分析，发布最终的设计资料并获得工具授权。
• 获得并核实典型产品部件完全符合所有的生产要求。跟进短期和长期的测试结果。
• 进行执行系统性的根本原因分析，并为性能不佳部件提供快速解决方案。
• 确认最终生产的部件的几何面能与CAD数据库相匹配。
• 确保所有设计文档的设计过程是明确的、全面的，并储存在适当的数据存储库。
• 根据需要发起并处理工程变更请求，解决已发布的设计缺陷。

基本要求：

• 机械工程专业本科学士学位，本科以上学历优先。
• 至少四年以上的机械系统产品开发经验。
• 具注塑和塑料零件设计经验。
• 具压铸铝件的设计经验。
• 具五金冲压，冲压和钣金零件设计经验。
• 熟悉3D CAD软件，懂SolidWorks尤佳。
• 英文熟练者优先。
• 具备良好的领导力，组织能力，沟通能力和计划能力。
• 作为一名涉及多学科领域的团队的一员，能够在快节奏的，有活力的环境中高效率的工作。
• 掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint软件。

技能/经验要求

• 掌握结构性问题的解决方法,包括8D，故障树分析和鱼骨分析法等。

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical designs to meet appropriate product
  requirements. Conduct detailed part design, creating and/or updating
  SolidWorks CAD models and generating appropriately dimensioned drawings.
  
  
  
• Conduct part and system level analysis to ensure robustness of
  design proposals (compliance with all relevant specifications, material
  comparisons, stress & fatigue analysis, tolerance stack-up, etc).
  
  
• Research technical information from internet, market or institution.
  
  
• Work with Quality Assurance team to determine appropriate level of
  component, system, and/or life testing to verify the designs.
  
  
• Build prototypes systems as needed and perform related tests and analysis.
  
  
• Accurately estimate time for design tasks. Coordinate with cross
  functional team to ensure project cost and schedule constraints
  accurately, considering required engineering efforts.
  
  
• Understand and articulate technical risks and design margin
  throughout process, ensuring that Program Manager understands and is
  aware of new risks as they arise.
  
  
• Review designs with cross functional team and suppliers, support
  DFM/DFA analysis, release final design documentation and obtain
  authorization to tool.
  
  
• Obtain and verify production-representative parts fully comply
  with all product requirements. Follow-up on results from short and
  long-term testing.
  
  
• Perform methodical root cause analysis and rapid resolution for any non-compliance in part performance.
  
  
• Ensure all design documentation throughout process is clear, thorough, and stored in the appropriate data repository.
  
  
• Initiate and process engineering change requests as needed to resolve deficiencies in released designs.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related; advanced degree preferred.
  
  
• Minimum 4 years experience in product development of mechanical systems.
  
  
• Experience in R&D in complex product area such as transmission
  equipment, Pinter, vending / Coffee machine will be preferred.
  
  
• Strong ability to design and review architecture and detail
  mechanism or detail engineering drawing and tolerance analysis is a
  must.
  
  
• Injection molding and plastic part design.
  
  
• Die cast aluminum part design.
  
  
• Metal stamping, punching and sheet metal part design
  
  
• Skill in Fluid flow – small fans, pumps, valves, tubes, CFD methods Will be preferred
  
  
• Failure avoidance methods, including DFMEA.
  
  
• Statistics, including reliability engineering, DOE, comparison testing, Cp, Cpk.
  
  
• Structured problem solving methods, including 8D, is/is-not, fault-tree and “fish-bone” analysis.
  
  
• 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
  
  
• English language skills a plus.
  
  
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
