职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
？ Create and maintain correctness of BOM in production system
？ Lead derivative project / product (LCM) launch on time, follow Philips LCM project management procedure, ensure all the planned project / product meet launching schedule
？ Lead technical review within LCM project team to ensure product industrial realization successfully in quality, cost, time and manufacturability. Take responsible to guarantee the milestone technical delivering (Process flow, DFA/DFM, FMEA, control plan, risk management, CTQ, Jip/equipment design, line arrangement, working instruction, releasing reports, testing reports, trail run reports etc)
？ Coordinate the LCM team to execute changes on time
？ Support cost down projects and customer complain analysis

Job Requirements & Skills
? Academic
         University or Polytechnic graduate or above in Engineering, prefer at mechanical related
? Work experience
         More than 6 years mechanic product design or process experience
? Language ability
Good written and spoken English
? Computer ability
Good skilled on Microsoft office, professional software such as CAD, UG, Solidworks, etc.
? Others
