Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer order fulfillment process.
2. Assure on-time-delivery, efficient external logistics services and timely collaboration with worldwide plants & logistic hubs.
3. Establish, maintain & challenge on KPIs for Customer Service
4. Work proactively with sales team on Customer Demand Fill to achieve sales budget.
5. Manage information support & analysis on Customer Sales Order Database.
6. Continuously standardize & improve CS processes across the region
Job Qualifications
1. Mature, and Independent.
2. Degree in Business or related discipline.
3. Minimum 8 year’s experience in customer service.
4. Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
5. Strong interpersonal skills in order to handle various situations with customers and counterparts in different departments & facilities.
