职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Daily PR review and convert PR to PO, Place PO to supplier and get the order confirmation from supplier within 48 hours and update the PO schedule in SAP system timely.
每日PR检讨及订单开立，跟进供应商在48小时内回复订单并将供应商交期更新在SAP系统内
2.Daily order follow up, management, reschedule and abnormal status handling (price, quantity, quality, delivery schedule and so on)
日常订单跟进，管理，改期，订单异常的处理（价格，数量，品质，交货期等）
3.Supplier payment reconciliation and application.
供应商的货款核对与付款申请
4.VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) management audit.
VMI库存管理
5.Supplier production process review, S&OP process review and OTD performance review and take actions to improve them
供应商制程检讨，S&OP流程检讨，按时交货绩效的检讨并采取相应的措施进行改善
6.Negotiate the business model(VMI, delivery consolidation, MOQ change and so on) with supplier.
与供应商就运作模式进行谈判改善，如实行VMI，整合交货，最小订购量改变等
7.Material purchasing and consumption analysis and coordinate with material controller to control/reduce the inventory
物料采购及使用分析，并配合物控人员进行物料及库存的控制及减少
8.Project management and the other assigned task by supervisor and manager.
项目管理及其他主管或经理安排的工作
Job Requirement:
1.Good communication and coordinator skill, Have the good data analysis ability and logic. Familiar with the SAP system especially PP model.
良好的协调沟通能力，良好的数据分析能力及逻辑思维能力，熟悉SAP系统PP模块的操作。
2.At least 2 years’ experience on purchasing，priority import purchasing experience
2年以上的采购工作经验,有海外采购经验优先。
3.Familiar with the whole purchasing process and related departments process.
熟悉采购工作的整个流程及其他相关部门流程
4.Good English of speaking/writing/reading/listening.
