Responsibilities:
1.Develop & implement purchasing strategies for key categories
2.Provide assurance of supply, quality & service on reference to all key items and foreign purchases
3.Strive to identify and negotiate key cost savings opportunities
4.Assure all purchasing activities are accomplished in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, including code of conduct and internal contraol procedures
5.Develop and evaluate vendor relationship and performance
6.Supervise buyers for order preparation, verification, terms negotiation and supply stability
7.Prepare purchasing and material management budgets and maintain detailed records concerning material procurement
Requirements:
1.Higher eduction, degree in such as business administration or similar
2.Min. 2 years' relevant working experience in supervisory level
3.Able to communicate with all levels and work independently
4.Hands on purchasing experience in metal and plastic material, electronics components is a must
5.Previous exposure and knowledge of China and its supplier base is critical
6.Self motivated abilities to get things done
7.Fluent in English and Mandarin
