Job Function

The SAP Inbound Functional Support Analyst will work on a global team, not only providing business hours support to the Asia Pacific Region, but also contributing to the global 24 hour support model.

Responsibilities Areas

? Engage our customers across Asia Pacific and globally
? Providing solutions for incidents raised by Functional experts
? Assist with change management activities which include release and production slots
? Ensure the service level agreements are met
? Continuously identify and improve system to meet business’ growing requirements
? Monitor the SAP systems’ performance; make sure the system’s stabilization and operational reliability meet agreed level
? Assist the business with system upgrades / maintenance activities with other parties
? Develop / improve standard operational procedures
? Demonstrate a “can do” attitude
? Work as part of a high performing team
? Work with other teams globally, regionally and locally to ensure global coverage is provided and excellence shared

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Minimum 3-5 years SAP application support, development or project experience， ABAP experience is plus.
? SAP Knowledge Release 4.7
? Experience in SAP MM/PP/PM/QFS is must
? Good knowledge in IDOC / ALE and interface
? Good business process understanding on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry (preferred)
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
