This job holder takes the full responsibility to oversee the IT technology deployment and project management to support Wrigley China. He/she will act as the contact person of Site Team to collaborate with GIST(Global Infrastructure Service Team) for technology management. He/she will need to work closely with GIST and other Site Team members on technology deployment and continuous improvement for Wrigley China.




"DIMENSION/SCOPE:
1. Take charge of the management of infrastructure project, act as the contact window to cooperate with the global service teams.
2. Representing site team to review the working process & procedure with global service teams, in purpose to help improve the working efficiency.
3. Improve management to IT infrastructure by collaborating with other team members, collect feedback and work out project plan together.
4. Refine the management of all levels of computer room (of HQ office, sales office, factory, etc.), establish standards to cope with business expansion.

1. Manage infrastructure project in good manner, efficiently handle both project and ad-hoc issue.
2. Set up effective communication channel with global service teams, ensure site team's concerns will be properly followed through.
3. Improve the IT infrastructure management of Wrigley China, make improvement plan, collaborate with other team members for implementation.
4. Do budget planning and management for the responsible project and service.

"Background Experience & Qualifications
Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related major in information management.

Experience (Minimum Needed): 3+ years of solid experiences of infrastructure management
2 years of working experience as IT supervisor or team leader
2 years of working experience of global cooperation

Specialized Knowledge Needed for Performance of Job: WAN, LAN, IPT, Security
IT service management based on ITIL
Computer room management
Special Skills: Strong communication skills
Leadership, good influencing skills
Rich project management experiences.
Team work, easy to approach

Other: Good English competence
