KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee total business performance and be accountable for P&L and revenue generation

2. Develop marketing strategies to generate new revenue streams (e.g. rental of various venues in the Marina) in addition to existing berthing and membership fees

3. Promote and position Sunsea Yacht Club as a premium marina amongst global & regional yacht owners and the high-net worth community

4. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and implement global alliances

5. Work with Strategic Committee in the development of long term strategic goals/objectives of Sunsea Yacht Club

6. Develop overall strategies for long term growth and development including those of new regional marinas developed by Keppel Land

7. Overall management of the day-to-day administration and operations of all departments in Sunsea Yacht Club

8. Enhance the service standards and hospitality experience for members and guests

Implement continuous improvement in operations



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

1. A good University degree with strong marketing experience

2. Proven management experience in high-end operations e.g. luxury lifestyle, high-end hospitality)

3. Track record of Profit & Loss accountability in Assistant General Manager, Marina capacity

4. Entrepreneurial , results-oriented, resourceful, energetic and creative with strong problem-solving ability

5. Preferably with experience dealing with global business partners.

6. Adequate knowledge of financial management in terms of cost control and revenue generation
