The business analyst's main areas of responsibilities are developing and delivering system (I.E. SAP ECC PP) solutions for business processes,
supporting all applications used by planning community, managing, coaching and developing associates within their team. Individual will be very knowledgeable
in SAP PP configuration as well as integration with other SAP modules. Individual will participate in the design of business processes and ensure configuration
conforms to the global template and meet business requirements.

1.       Main accountabilities

·       Managing SAP PP configuration as well as cross functional integration between processes.
·         Identifying and understanding the business and system impacts within the SAP planning landscape and recommend solutions.
·         Working with business process owners to define and develop requirements and process flow; recommending solutions and improvements; testing and validating processes; and presenting recommendations for review and approval.
·         Assisting in change management activities which include upgrades and production slots
·         Ensuring that the service level agreements are met
·         Continuously identifying and improving system to meet business' growing requirements
·         Planning the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.
·         Monitoring SAP systems' performance; making sure the system's stabilization and operational reliability meet agreed level
·         Assisting the business in system upgrades / maintenance activities with other parties
·         Developing / improving standard operational procedures
·         Demonstrating a "can do" attitude
·         Working as part of a high performing
·         Working with other teams globally, regionally and locally to ensure global coverage is provided and excellence shared


2. Requirements

·         3-4 years experience in SAP PP/MM functional configuration and support, with 2 or more project experience.
·         Good knowledge in planning process, e.g.: S&OP, Demand Management, MRP, and Repetitive Manufacturing, etc.
·         EDI knowledge is a bonus point.
·         This position requires STRONG soft skills include:

§         Ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization
·         Bachelor degree preferably with major in Computer Science or equivalent business experience
·         Experience with a global FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company is desirable but not required
·         Strong command of English Language (Essential)
·         Enjoys working under pressure and managing multiple activities.
