Overview
The Information Technology (IT) function creates and sustains competitive advantage for the Mars Inc. Company through the application of information technology. IT delivers systems and technology to support the business objectives of Wrigley by providing strategic direction, technical standards, project management and implementation, and ongoing systems and technology support to internal client groups. The Information Technology group collaborates with Wrigley customers and suppliers to use technology to integrate Wrigley's supply chain with customer and vendor systems and to enhance customer service.

The Business Analyst reports to the Business Solutions Manager. RBST is a regional organization responsible for client facing, business requirement definition, solution definition and implementation, and benefit review, etc. The team will work with other functional teams in Mars IS to provide I.T. solutions in the Asia Pacific region. The Business Analyst will not only deliver technical solutions, but also manage business relations and manage cross-function teams for projects. The candidate will develop into project manager with responsibilities to make presentations, conduct business interviews and manage project team.


Job Descriptions
1.       This position is part of the Business Solutions Group for Asia Pacific region, responsible for deploying SAP and non-SAP solutions to different locations and functions
2.       This position will manage full-cycle SAP implementations as well as customized SAP enhancements for manufacturing, inventory, procurement, quality, and planning processes etc.
3.       The position will interact with business managers and users to understand business needs and provide solutions
4.       The position will collect business requirements, prepare business case and propose I.T. solution accordingly
5.       The position is located in Guangzhou and may be required for regional and occasional cross-region travel
6.       The position is required to prepare functional specifications for development
7.       The position may be required to assist in general administrative tasks, e.g. coordinate training program for end users, prepare internal workshops etc.
8.       The position will work closely with other associates in deployment and other development teams in China or in other regions
9.       The position will report the business solutions manager, Asia Pacific supply chain

Requirement
1.     Three to five years of hands-on experience with SAP projects
2.     Minimum of one full cycle implementations with hands on configuration experience in SAP MM/PP module
3.     Familiar with business processes in manufacturing
4.     Strong problem solving skills, communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization
5.     Experience in project management
6.     Have genuine interest in business processes, willing to go deep into business operations
7.     Capable of communicate with business people independently
8.     Able to communicate in English
9.     Bachelor degree or similar level of education
10.  Able to work independently under stress
