职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Member of China management team, develop and align business-driven IT strategic plan with business. Review and align the OGSM and IT roadmap with regional IT director and China management team.
? Lead the China IT team and work closely with regional BSG (and GIST/CoE when need) to define and deliver the IT solutions to support business.
? Supervise IT daily operation to ensure high quality service to support business operation meeting SLA and drive end user satisfaction.
? Manage China IT team by defining organization structure, recruiting, on-job coaching, organizing training and performance review.
? Supervise China IT team on project management to develop IT solutions to meet quality, timing and budget requirement.
? Manage IT capital and operation budget and continually looking for cost saving opportunities.
? Manage vendors and partners' relationship, define and develop IT vendor sourcing strategy, vendor pool and performance measurement.
Requirements/qualifications (Applications)
? Strong business sense and commercial operation understanding.
? Clear understands on system capabilities and sense on business case (opportunities) identification.
? Strong sense of strategic thinking and planning.
? Oversees the delivery of solutions and services from a customer point of view (account management).
? Understands Consumer Industry and Information Technology developments and how his/her business customer can benefit from it.
Requirements/qualifications (Infrastructure)
? Strong sense in technology trends.
? Proven record of three to five years of professional experience in providing IT support.
? Experience in Active Directory, IPT, - intermediate level
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills to arrive at solutions to IT problems.
Requirements/qualifications (Soft skills)
? Solid human relation skills and a high level of customer-orientation to provide effective service to IT customers.
? High level of reliability and the ability to work successfully both independently and in global and virtual teams.
? People development and team management experience.
? Excellent written and oral English language skills.
? Experience on project management, budget management and vendor management.
