我司立足广州市海珠区，专门经营进出口贸易。公司发展迅速，中等规模。产品出口到全世界40多个国家和地区。

招聘职位：出口销售/业务员

岗位要求：
1） 商务/国际贸易专业学士学位或同等学历。
2） 优秀的消费品出口销售技巧，有1-4年运用阿里巴巴、环球资源等贸易平台的工作经验。
3） 熟悉电脑操作，熟练运用Excel, Word, Outlook等办公软件。 会用Photoshop, Coral Draw 软件者优先录用。
4） 熟悉B2B贸易平台操作，如阿里巴巴、环球资源。包括上传新产品、更新产品信息、回复客户询盘等。
5） 熟练掌握英语读写和口语交流（专业6级或以上）。熟练掌握其他外语（如西班牙语、法语、德语、阿拉伯语、印度语等）优先录用。
6） 普通话流利。粤语流利优先考虑（非必须）。
7） 学习能力强，愿意接受新的工作环境和新产品。
8） 思维灵活，外向，善于人际交往。

岗位职责：
1） 完成指定的月度、季度、年度销售目标。
2） 通过互联网、贸易展会、上门客户、介绍客户等方式完成指定的客户开发任务。
3） 开发新产品并添加至产品目录。
4） 在中国境内为新产品和原有产品寻找有竞争力的供应商、生产商。
5） 定期在阿里巴巴平台和公司网站上传新产品信息，并且定期更新产品信息以促成更多询盘。
6） 通过电子邮件，电话，互联网等方式跟进询盘、订单、打样进度。
7） 制作和校对进出口相关单据，包括形式发票、商业发票、装箱单等。

基本待遇：
1） 甲级写字楼办公室位于市中心地区，专业的办公环境和便利的交通（多路公交车和两条地铁线）
2） 行业内相对优厚的工资（包括基本工资、提成、话费补贴、法定社保、年终奖金及年度涨幅等。
3） 舒适的工作时间。每周仅44小时工作。周一至周五上午九点至下午六点（午休一小时），周六上午九点至下午一点。周日和法定假日休息。
4） 不定期的培训，提高行业专业知识和技巧。

We are a professionally run and fast growing medium size Export Import trading company based in Haizhu district in Guangzhou with exports to more than 40 countries. We are now hiring.

Export Sales / Merchandiser

Key requisites :
1) Aggressive export sales personnel with hands on experience of 1 to 4 years in consumer products using B2B platforms like Alibaba, Globalsources etc.
2) Should have sound knowledge of computer applications like Excel , Word, Outlook etc. Knowledge of using software applications like Photoshop, Coral etc would be advantageous.
3) Should have excellent knowledge in using B2B trade portal like Alibaba.com , GloabalSources.com etc like uploading new products, updating products, replying to customer inquiries etc.
4) Must be proficient in English (TEM 6 or above) with good command in writing , reading and oral English communication. Proficient in other foreign languages such as Spanish /French / German /Arabic / Indian etc. are advantageous.
5) Should have native level proficient in Mandarin. Proficient in Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.
6) Should be fast learner, willing to accept new working environment and new product categories.
7) Should be smart, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibility Area:
1) Meet assigned sales targets on Monthly/Quarterly/Annually.
2) Meet assigned task in new customer development through contacts at Internet, Trade fairs, Walk-in customers, Referral customers etc.
3) Meet assigned task in identifying new products to be added to catalogue.
4) Meet assigned task in identifying new competitive vendors/factories for new products and existing products within China mainland.
5) Uploading new products on Alibaba and company website on regular basis and also keep on updating them so as to generate substantial inquiries.
6) Inquiry follow-up, order follow-up, sampling follow-up etc by emails, tele calls, chat etc.
7) Preparing & cross checking Proforma Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Packing List and other related trade/export documents.

What we offer:
1) Office at city center with continent public transportation like several bus routes and 2 metro lines.
2) Competitive salary keeping in mind the industry standards and norms which include basic salary, commission, mobile allowance , statutory social insurance scheme, annual bonus, annual increments etc.
3) Continent working hours. Only 44 hours in a week. Monday to Friday (9.00 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour lunch break), Saturdays (9.00 AM to 1.00 PM). Sundays and all government notified holidays we have holidays.
4) Training programs to upgrade skills from industry professionals from time to time.
