Project Cordinator


1) Work out the request and analysis it's adding logo , adding colors ....from stock items and need check the price with supplier which order QTY meet MOQ
2) Compare with current items' cost and negotiate with suppliers for best price
3) Any conflict to the technic and will affect the production, will report to sales for change
4) Arrange sampling with factory for those unsure change, or arrange samples base on sales request, and report the schedule with sales.
5) Present the samples to QC after get confirmation from sales
6) Get approval of cost from dept manager and present the quotation to sales with the confirmation of samples.
7) Set up the system with the confirmation of first order list from sales
8) Pass the first order list and small change spec to relevant dept, if involve complicate change, will have small meeting with relevant dept.,
9) Follow up with QC for first order arrival if QC have any inquiry regarding the samples and standard
