岗位职责
1、 负责制定和完善各市场营运业务的战略规划和年度计划，保证公司销售业绩、毛利业绩达成指标；

2、 建立与完善连锁店营运标准和流程，并监督下属人员有效实施相关制度及流程；

3、监督所辖范围内的市场营销活动，广告策划、宣传设计和制作等;

4、参与公司高层战略策划的研究与定位，为营销方案提供市场依据;
5、 完善店面形象，加强店面管理，提升公司品牌影响力和美誉度。
