Responsibility/工作职责：

• Conduct talent needs analysis according to company resources forecast. Assist with Manager to implement recruiting plan and deliver services to hire manager to increase recruitment effectiveness, employee fit, contribution and retention;
  负责各类型员工的招聘工作，以满足公司业务发展的需要。协助招聘经理不断提升招聘效率，为各业务部门提供专业的员工招聘服务。
• Develop and operate the full cycle of experienced recruiting, including sourcing, candidates profile, selection, interview, evaluation, offering and referral process;
  参与完整招聘项目流程，包括拓展候选人资源，简历筛选、面试评估、录用等等；
• Communicate with hire manager for the position request, Partner with hire managers to ensure recruiting process is managed consistently and in line with business needs;
  与各业务需求部门保持密切沟通与合作，以保证招聘工作能够持续满足业务发展需求；
• Partner with other recruiters to finish the sourcing needs;
  与招聘团队紧密合作，达成各项招聘任务；

Qualifications/职位要求：

• 3 years track records in recruiting area; experience in search firm or sales is preferred;
  本科以上学历，两年以上年招聘工作经验，有猎头公司IT/电子领域顾问经验者优先考虑；
• Familiar with Sourcing the position in IT field is highly preferred;
  熟悉IT行业各种招聘渠道，熟练掌握各类招聘技巧，有招聘被动求职者经验者尤佳；
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
  优秀的沟通与协作能力；
• Willing to learn and grow with positive and self-motivated attitudes;
  自我驱动的工作能力，快速学习能力；能够独立开展工作，并可以承受一定的工作压力；
• Excellent in written English, good command of spoken English will be preferred;
  熟练掌握英文听说读写者优先；
