?Responsibility:

1.Responsible for P&L for Guangzhou RDCs Operations
2.Responsible for RDC daily management and RDC performance.
3.Implement and perfect the RDC specific management measures base on authorization.
4.Establish RDC month / year working plan, and to supervise the implementation status.
5.Workload rational division for staff as well as timely guidance and motivation, fair evaluation for staff performance.
6.Deal with RDC operation documents, contracts, and various management reports and responsible for quality control.
7.Responsible for RDC routine inspection, and follow up non-conformance action;
8.Submit the regular summary report on time and provide the operation programme and improvement suggestions to regional manager and HQ.
9.To collect storage and transportation, packaging (equipment, facilities, market orientation, materials, etc.) and competitor information, create special database to enhance the company horizontally and vertically business development capability and market response speed;
10.Responsible for guidance and supervision to all RDC documents, contract, management reports filing and management.
11.Drive to achieve RDC KPI standard/P&L

?Operational Excellence
12.Responsible for initiated.commentated.training and inspected for new operation process, operation instruction or new in suppliers join in
13.Follow up company management rules and process, as well as create optimization suggestions for improvement.


?Staff training
14.In-line with company training plan and establish RDC internal training plan.
15.Responsible for new employee orientation training and other staff skills training

?Leadership and communication skill
16.Maintain good communication with suppliers, carriers, customers, other the RDC / DC, etc.;
17.Working along with BD and CS dept for customer visit; Dealing with suppliers, customer inquiries.
18.Assist in handling customer complaints, investigate and analysis the complaint reason
19.Assist the Regional General Manager and the Company to establish new spot and ensure operation smoothly going on.
20.Follow up the other work assigned by Regional GM and company.

Requirements:

- 10 years Operational & management experience, at least 3 to 5 years in Region management n operation role
- Hands on experience.
- Done P&L role
- Must be bilingual. Able to speak and write English and Chinese well.
- General leading experience (P&L, HR, Operation, Sales, CS etc. ).
- Excellent leadership quality
- Worked in contract logistics industry
