French owned company distributing specialty raw materials for the cosmetics and nutrition industry. The product line includes the latest scientific innovations and marketing concepts for the health and beauty industry. To support our development, we are looking for:

Job Description/工作职责

- Supply chain/供应链:

• Confirm orders with distributors and follow up shipment from oversea factory to customers delivery./与分销商确认订单，并安排货物从海外工厂发送至国内，直至发送给客户。
• Responsible for inventory management with team mate. /与物流部同事共同进行库存管理。
• Responsible for in time payment arrangement and costing./及时安排付款并计算成本。

- Coordinate with 3PL company to implement a safe and efficient logistic solution.

与第三方物流公司进行协调，执行安全有效的物流解决方案。

- Negotiate price with vendors.

与供应商进行价格协商。

Profile/职位要求

- University graduate with 3 years experience, preferably in a trading company

全日制本科毕业，并有三年以上工作经验，有贸易公司工作经验优先考虑。

- Detail oriented, very organized; able to carry out many different work at the same time

做事细心，组织能力强，可以同时处理多项工作任务

- Knowledge of import/export procedure

熟悉进出口流程

- Proficient in MS. office：Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Experience in ERP is preferable.
精通 Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 等Office软件的应用,有ERP经验优先考虑。

- Language: written & spoken English. The job includes communicate with foreign manager.

具备优秀的英语会话及书写能力， 能与外籍经理沟通

- confident and can work under pressure

自信并且可以在压力下工作
- strong interpersonal team work ability
