职位描述：
Mission
- Built project team as team Leader
- Follow up the project: anticipation of the workload, interfaces with sales, interventions punctual to customers, communicate with persons in charge of project development, interfaces of Branch management.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of operation and the relative results of Division P1 projects development
- Be in charge of relative transverse organization of project development.
- Insure to respect the gross margins of the projects mentioned in the DAE and DAI, and contributes to their improvement.
- Be responsible for the global performance of the Projects: budget, timing, quality, profitability
- Implement the Valeo Project handbook and 5 Axes requirements

Main responsibilities
- Built project team: deal with monthly meeting, working conditions, reporting, training, professional evolution, recruitments.
- Take part in the Technical validation Committee, Quality validation committee and organize the Project management Committee(agenda, - account – meeting minutes, action follow-up)
- Validate monthly the resources assigned to the project and check with relative responsible to make sure to carry out corrective actions if necessary.
- Pilot relative problem solution group to improve the project management, within Division improvement plan and the reference. (Constant Innovation, road-map)
- Make sure with sales to manager adequate offer and the requirements from customer of project development.
- Report to Division manager, especially anticipate the potential critical points relating project development (internal and face to face with Customers) and propose relative action plan.
- Guarantee deployment and application of the Environmental management System within its service.


Experience/Education/Qualifications requirements
Education: General Engineer + further training in finance and management
Experience: at least a 8 years experience in automobile or related industries: control the projects in relationship with customer, management of the teams, responsibility for budgetary follow-up 举报 分享
