职位描述:

1. Taxation work税务工作 (JVC)
a. Prepare all tax declaring document and arrange tax payment
准备各种纳税申报表并安排付税
b. Annually tax clearing
年度所得税汇算清缴
c. Communication with tax bureau and collect new tax regulation and rules to support business properly and timely.
与税务机关的沟通与协调
d. Responsible for tax planning and optimizing, ensuring it complies with all relevant local statutory tax laws and regulations.
负责公司税收筹划
2. Prepare and filling of annual transfer-pricing report
准备年度转移定价报告
3. Follow up on tax law development
跟踪最新税法发展
4. Fix asset Accounting (JVC & ZKS)
固定资产核算
a. Book keeping on FA, CIP related account
固定资产，在建工程相关科目的会计处理
b. Monthly depreciation
按月计提折旧
c. Impairment loss calculation
计算固定资产跌价准备
d. To prepare relevant reports
维护相关报告
5. Industrial and commercial annual audit (JVC)
工商联合年检


Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1. Education
学历
a. Associate or university degree in Finance major
财务大专或本科学历
2. Specialized knowledge
专业知识
a. Accounting Qualification Permission
持有财务上岗资格证书
b. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
良好的中英文交流能力
c. PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
电脑运用熟练
d. SAP experience is a plus
有SAP 操作经验者优先
3. Working experience
工作经历
a. 5 years related working experience in international company, including at least 3 years in tax handling, having solid knowledge on Tax (incl. export tax)
5年跨国公司相关经历,至少3年税务工作经验(包含出口免抵退)
4. Professional ability
业务了解范围
a. Be familiar with PRC accounting principle and tax policy
熟悉相关会计准则和相关税务政策
