职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director (located in Europe) and local Line Managers you will be responsible for running a direct-recruit-model; identifying potential staff, arranging and conducting interviews and creating staffing solutions according to the headcount plans and for filling gaps within the organisation. You will be fully involved in the formulation, project planning and then delivery of the recruitment project. This is from defining and setting up the requisition, reviewing and processing all incoming CV’s/candidates, carrying out telephone screening and face-to-face interviews, through to verbal offer stage and negotiations of employment benefits and terms & conditions.

You will advise managers on suitability of candidates and act as first point of contact for the recruitment func-tion and interviewees, including candidate liaison and correspondence.

The delivery aspect of the role will include
1) Cost control: pro-actively recruit to have a direct impact on cost per hire
2) Supplier management: manage all suppliers to actively reduce costs, ensure the best standards of delivery and the highest quality of candidates
3) Risk management: ensure legal, legislative, contractual and financial risks in recruitment activities are miti-gated and minimised
4) Headcount management: ensuring that headcounts are clear before any recruitment activity is undertaken and provide regular and ad-hoc management reports for management for the purposes of headcount, per-formance analysis, activity planning and decision support
5) Matrix management: you will work with various managers from different parts of the business. You need to be able to handle the conflicting demands this may lead to.
The Candidate

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, confident and flexible. You must have previous in-house recruitment and staffing experience within a fast growing and moving international Software & Telecom Company. Having hand-on experience as a software developer or having a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or related area would be a great advantage!

Specific competences of the right candidate are:
1) Creative problem solving: creates innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, looks for new ways to accomplish objectives, doesn’t stop at the obvious
2) End result focused: takes the initiative to add value and is driven to deliver results, is able to turn ideas into actions, has the ability to focus in the midst of change

4) Integrity: demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics, shows consistency among princi-ples, values and behaviours, tells the truth and reliably keeps promises, handles sensitive and confidential information properly
5) Influencing: is willing to state opinions assertively; writes and speaks clearly and concisely; can explain the same ideas to people of many levels; delivers messages in a positive manner
6) A minimum technical knowledge of Telecom and Software development is required to perform technical candidate-assessments and effective labour market approach
7) Excellent language skills in the native/local language (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
