Job summary
Responsible for the pre and post support of CareFusion technology product sales in China, from a Clinical, Application and Sales Perspective; assist Strategic Business Unit (SBU) marketing and sales with product introductions, market surveys and product positioning; provide tactical marketing support to the SBU
Summary of essential job functions
1.Channel partners and end user education
2.Clinical application support of CareFusion's products
3.Attendance at key conferences
4.Plan and conduct seminars and workshops to enhance product positioning and market awareness
5.Conduct field market research, prepare Market Penetration Plans
6.Assess competitive strategies and lost sales data to direct marketing efforts
7,Evaluate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for follow-on relationships
8.Liaise with SBU's (U.S. and European Manufacturing Facilities) Product Managers to optimize China Sales
9.Strategic and tactical planning to be accomplished in conjunction with the Sales Manager
Minimum requirements
1.College Education-undergraduate degree.
2.Minimum 3-5 years successful capital equipment related and product management sales experience.
3.Technical or clinical background preferred in Critical Care, Respiratory Diagnostics or Infusion.
4.Proficient in spoken and written English.
Abilities required
1.Must be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
