• Contract management: Ensuring fulfillment of payment obligations, checking and managing supplier contracts with connections to both the financial and the project side.
• Provide support in claim management
• Using the accounting system for overhead and man-hours calculation and analysis
• Work closely with the cost controlling for project-based analyses and forecasts.
• Prepare project budget incl. material costs etc. Update project costs in project progress.
• Preparation of quotation and sales contract for cutter head, detailed calculation of cutter head, if actual costs exceed contract amount, a supplemental contract will be made.
• Update database of price of main steel structure in supply contract regularly.
• Generate sufficient databases for further management decisions.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering.
• 3-4 years experience in cost control/commercial management from a heavy industry background preferred.
• English Proficiency is a must (CET 4 and above).
• Strong skills in Excel and profound knowledge of cost accounting.
• Good communication skills, active, careful and responsible.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
