• Implement the national and local regulations for production safety, environment protection, occupational health as well as effectively carry out the company related policies, rules and standards.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with relevant local authorities.
• Carry out the daily production safety supervision and ensure safety operations.
• Be responsible for the management of special equipment in order to meet all requirements of legal standards.
• Be responsible for the safety compliance from all visitors and contractors.
• Identify and evaluate the potential safety hazards or work-related accidents, analyze the reasons and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Be responsible for the safety training for all employees, continuously improve the safety awareness.
• Keep all work-related injury records and follow up the related medical treatment and evaluation.
• Conduct and ensure the proper usage of labor protection equipments.

Qualification Requirements:

• College or above, major in environmental engineering is preferred.
• Familiar with production safety system, relevant regulations and standards.
• At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry, heavy machinery plant working experience is a plus.
• Good English skill and computer application skill.
• Strong inter-personal communication ability.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
