We are a fast growing German Multinational Company in China. Our China Headquarter is based in Guangzhou serving a group of 7 subsidiaries across China. The project manager shall work together with a team of young IT professional in our China HQ to plan, execute, and finalize projects and IT initiatives according to quality, strict deadlines, and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The project manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Communicate project expectations to team members and users
• Develop and deliver reports, documentation and presentations
• Manage process redefinition and changes in projects.

Requirements:

要求：

• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of common business practices, core business processes such as accounting, and areas in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 to 3 years direct work experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMI) such as implementation process
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels (Management Executives to team members) in an organization
• Able to focus on business and users’ requirements
• Ability to recall, retrieve and communicate detailed information clearly, accurately and concisely to users
• Knowledge of programming languages. Consulting experience is an added advantage
• Good command of English is a must
• Willing to travel.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
