1.Provide HR reports for internal & external requirement;
2. Support to monthly payroll calculation and IIT declaration;
3. Monthly social insurance/ housing fund calculation and declaration, be able to explain relative policy and rules to the employees;
4. Assist to implement the company training policy, including training budget, training plan, carrying out training course and evaluation ;
5. Support to recruitment issue;
6. Other HR tasks assigned by the department manager.

Qualification Requirements:
1.College graduate or above;
2. More than 3 years related working experience, perfectly in C&B function;
3. Careful, accurate and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Excellent skill on MS Excel;
5. Fluent English in written and spoken.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
