1、计算机网络及相关专业毕业,大专以上学历；
2、在网络通信或计算机领域1年以上工作经验，具备独立分析和处理网络故障的能力；
3、具有一定的网络知识水平，精通局域网的配置及维护，熟悉交换机、服务器的设置和综合布线等相关技术;
4、熟悉主流网络厂商（如Cisco/Juniper/Huawei/H3C产品网络技术,有相关认证为佳；
5、熟悉计算机软硬件、网络设备，熟练配置各种网络服务器、路由器、交换机、防火墙设备；；
6、熟练使用设备调试及排错工具，例如WireShark、SecureCRT、SSHClient、TFTPd32等；
