职位描述：
BASIC JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Independently implement the development of 3D CAD, Creo models, 2D drawings, engineering bills of materials and other necessary documentation for the new product designs and existing product design changes.
？ Assist engineers with the multiple innovative, conceptual designs (sketches) in early development phases.
？ The detail will include:
o Build 3D/2D in Creo 3.0.
o Recommendations for materials selection, and manufacturing processes, such as: Zinc/Brass casting and machining, plastic injection, etc.
o Detailed tolerance stack-ups analysis.
o Execute successful data transfers both internally and externally (IGES, DXF, OBJ, etc.).
o Participate in technical meetings and design reviews with external suppliers and internal functional team members (reliability/quality/manufacture engineers, etc.).
o Maintenance of the existing drawing files and design change management.
？ Participate the regular technical design review, and contribute talent to the engineering group.
？ Products include kitchen and bath faucet, and shower head assemblies.


QUALIFICATIONS:
？ 4 years B.S. degree in engineering.
？ Minimum 2 years of product design experience, preferably with consumer durable products.
？ Familiar in Creo 3.0, focus on solid molding, drawing, assembly.
？ Knowledge on GD&T is preferred.
？ Fundamental knowledge on Zinc/Brass casting tooling/process, machining/brazing process, sheet metal tooling/process, plastic injection mold/process, polish/finishing process.
？ Ability to understand product design intent and provide multiple construction design options.
？ Sense of multiple project (business) deliverables, provide construction design works to meet those deliverables.
？ Proven ability to be self-motivated.
？ Good team working spirit, proactive attitude and open mind on work.
？ Good written/reading English and oral communication in English is a plus. 举报 分享
