With continuous increasing demand for our products and applications our Sales team is looking for a motivated, self-driven, industry savvy and technically versed Sales Manager (Medical, Cosmetics and Pharma), based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales at established and prospects customers for all MULTIVAC products suitable for Medical, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industry.
- Develop successful business plan to increase market share and regular reporting on sales activities.
- Analyze market segments on monthly or annually basis and develop on-going sales strategy.
- Proactively research on global and local medical and pharmaceutical industry trends
- Develop potential customers by understanding market needs/ trends and expand the business introducing new applications to the customer.
- Provide recommendations on products and services by gathering latest marketplace information.
- Visit customers on regular basis and ensure a smooth and successful cooperation.
- Responsible for quotations and agreements, which are in line with internal group standards.
- Handle any customer complaints promptly to the mutual satisfaction of customer and MULTIVAC.
- Responsible for organizing and participating in medical trade shows and exhibitions.
- Cooperation with the Headquarter on regular base to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain an efficient working relationship with internal stakeholders e.g. Project Management.
- Maintain confidentiality by limiting dispersion of information.


Required Experience:
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related majors as Medical, Pharma, Marketing or Business.
- Preferable 5 years’ experience in sales related roles in the medical or pharma packaging/ manufacturing industry.
- Preferable related MULTIVAC packaging equipment experience including thermoforming, chamber machines and other medical and pharma processing machines.
- Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experiences of handling commercial activities, as compiling contracts and agreements.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A clear thinker with the ability to convince with facts and passion for the product.
-Customer-oriented, flexible, and collaborative personality with global working experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestically and internationally).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English (CET 6) and Chinese.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office applications with the advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
