Major Responsibilities and Objectives
-Provide general secretarial and administrative assistance to the Assistant Director of Property Management department;
-Typing, copying, faxing, filing and general supporting duties;
-Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle in a satisfactory manner;
-Maintain diaries for the Assistant Director; arrange meetings and appointments;
-To be aware of and remind the Assistant Director of deadlines, important events and meetings;
-Maintain leave records of the department and ensure that leave and other applications are in order procedure;
-Prepare and update staff records and contact lists;
-Maintain an effective filing system;
-Be a contact point for enquiries from public and internal departments and direct the enquiries to appropriate personnel;
-Liaise with members of the team, internal departments and external parties as needed;
-Prepare various weekly or monthly reports;
-Provide other general, secretarial and administrative support to the team as needed.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
-University graduate / Degree holder or above;
-2-year working experience on administrative sector. Formal secretarial/administrator training and previous working experience in a multi-national company would be advantages;
-Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written);
-Excellent typing both in Chinese and English;
-Good PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
-Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Efficient. Can work under pressure.
