职位描述
主要职责:
协助部门经理对员工的管理、激励和辅导，并按酒店标准高效运作，为客人提供优质服务。
工作任务:
－协助部门经理做好各个部门的沟通工作
－协助部门经理处理客人的日常投诉
－检查每班次的工作日志本、备忘录和交班本里的相关资料的完成情况
－检查和管理部门的固定资产
－归纳熟客的情况，让部门员工掌握
－检查每班次员工的工作完成情况
－协助部门经理做好安全工作的定期检查
－监控酒店电话计费系统，如有问题要及时报告
－检查和确保叫醒服务准确无误
－必要时履行部门经理之职责
－执行上司指派的其他工作
