职位描述
Main Purpose of the job:
? He will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities related to advanced Plastic materials/Polymers which will helps to improve cost /Quality of the product.
? Testing & Validation of New/ Advance materials & documentation
? Analysis of the result & suggestion for the improvement,
? He will be in contact with customer's material specialists/managers and raw material suppliers technical authority for the latest development.
? Supporting in DFM & feasibility study of internal and external customers.
? Leading - team training and competence growth in the production plants
Essential responsibilities:
? Raw material testing & evaluation on R&D laboratory
? Analyze failure test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions
? Processing boundary feed back to the Mould flow simulation for new material after testing and evaluation.
? Networking & communications with Raw material suppliers
? Raw material recommendations for new business & development projects
? Co-ordinate collaboration with local universities and institute
? Co-operation and development with customer Projects.
? Processing boundary feed back to the Mould flow simulation for new material after testing and evaluation.
? Comments to EnSu, Pre-designers and Engineering team on material selection for new products
? Troubleshooting and root cause analysis on problems cases
? Review new product plans and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives, such as strength, weight, heat resistance, electrical conductivity, and cost
Job requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Plastics/Polymer science or equivalent
? Experience in Plastic industry, ( like Resin manufacturer-worked as Technical service) OEM business for 9+ years.
? Technical Management skills.
? Analytical troubleshooting & problem solving skills
Competence requirements:
? Expert in the field of Plastic & polymer science
? Hands on experience in Injection Moulding
? Plastic raw material competence
? Good communication skills including good command of English
