? Product Quality Manager

? QA, QC & Production Technician
Other stakeholders include:
? Internal: Supply Chain organization including Business team, Capacity Assurance team, Material team, Quality team, Sustainability team, Human Resources
? External: Suppliers
Accountability
The Product Quality Senior is accountable to:
? Develop Team Competencies (QA, QC, Production Technician)
? Secure product quality
? Manage Suppliers performance
Main Responsibilities
? Be a role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team
? Evaluate, identify talents through dialogue talks. Make sure that all staff will develop and grow by giving & taking feedback and set individual development plan
? Set and coordinate team goals in accordance with Supply chain goals
? Follow the Team workload and adjust
? Coordinate the team’s holidays, travelling, and manage team and budget
? Support team to be proactive, search and create new ideas, solve problems and share solutions with all teams
? Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
? Approve quality and capability for potential new suppliers (PNS)
? During risks assessment meeting, approve the product feasibility for mass production in chosen suppliers
? Manage Supplier Performance (Fitting, construction, safety, chemical and physical, Requirement of Quality System etc.)
? Drive Action Plan according to shop claims and stop orders
? Educate suppliers on H&M Quality Requirements
Cooperation with Other Teams within Production Team
? Product Quality Senior must have a close cooperation with Component team, Business team & CAM team to secure product quality on time
? Inform Business team & CAM team about the capacity situation
? Close cooperation with Sustainability team to report any violation of Code of Conduct

Education and Experience requirements
? Graduate from Textile/Footwear or Engineering University
? Preferably 3 years’ experience in manufacturing and similar position in supplier or purchasing office
