职位描述：
1、学历要求：法律类或营销类大专以上学历，具备律师资格证或法律职业资格证优先考虑。
Degree Requirement: Law or marketing major of bachelor degree or above; priority to the one, who holds Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or Lawyer's Qualification Certificate.
2、工作经验：5年以上公司法律工作经验或营销工作经验。
Experience:5 years of experience in legal work or in marketing at least
3、技术要求：熟悉知识产权法、合同法、广告法等法律法规。
