Job Description Summary
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Mandarin.
Good English speaking and 3 years working experiences.
Job Description
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Mandarin.
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.
7. Good English speaking and 3 years working experiences.
Responsibilities
1. Good Mandarin and English speaking capability.
2. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
3. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
4. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.
5. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet
6. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated"
