职位描述：
此职位常驻工作地点为浙江省永康市，需不定期出差到浙江和江苏区域。
Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with GGP GZ office, European office and the local China Suppliers;
2.Monitor the supplier's production, process. To guarantee the Quality of the products shipped out from supplier side;
3.Report to GGP European office and GGP GZ with the quality situation, problem shooting, project development in supplier side;
4.Manage corrective actions coming from customer’s claims;
5.Perform process and product audit;
6.Perform TEST laboratories on supplier site;
7.Perform Supplier and Sub-Supplier Audit;
8.Weekly reporting Quality Assurance to GGP European Office;
9.Daily inspection batch according with GGP specification;
10.Take ad hoc assignments from superior.

工作职责：
1.协调GGP广州公司、欧洲总部和中国内地供应商的之间的关系；
2.监控供应商的生产进度和作业工艺，保证供应商出货的质量符合客户的要求；
3.向GGP欧洲部门和GGP广州公司汇报供应商出现的质量问题，解决方案及项目开展进度等；
4.处理客户投诉并采取相应的纠正措施；
5.开展生产过程和产品评审；
6.在供应商处参与并开展相关实验室测试；
7.开展供应商及外包供应商的评审；
8.每周定期向GGP欧洲总部汇报相关质量情况；
9.根据GGP的检验标准在供应商处开展日常的出货检验；
10.完成质上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive or electric engineering;
2.Minimum 2 years work experience in supplier quality management, in mechanical manufacturing field. Work experience in Automobile, Garden Products and of inspection and quality control is preferred;
3.Knowledge of ISO/TS, ISO 9001. Mechanical spare parts manufacturing process. Engine assembly process. Process of plastic injection, stamping, welding. Supplier Quality problem solving and improvement. Good communication skill with suppliers;
4.Fluent oral and written English.

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，机械、自动化或电子工程相关专业；
2.至少两年以上机械制造业供应商质量管理经验，有汽车行业、园林设备行业质量检验和控制经验者优先考虑；
3. 了解ISO/TS，ISO9001质量管理体系。熟悉机械零部件的生产工艺，发动机的组装过程，了解注塑、冲压、焊接等工艺流程。能妥善处理及解决供应商质量问题，良好的与供应商沟通的能力；
4.在工作中能熟练使用英语进行书面及口语沟通。 举报 分享
