职位描述
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reporting and tax returns in compliance with related regulations; Improve and support business process from finance perspective;
Develop local accounting team
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with China GAAP and group requirement
Timely and accurate preparation and submission of local statutory accounts, VAT returns, corporate tax returns
Ensure fulfilment of all local tax requirements, group policies and different government departments' reporting policies.
Liaise with external and internal auditors to evaluate efficiency and identify areas for improvement
Prepare cash flow projection for effective cash management
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures in according to business needs.
Build and develop China finance team to support business growth
Profile:
A PRC qualified accountant with a university graduate with an accountancy, financial management or business administration discipline.
A minimum of 7 years' working experience and at least 2 years in a managing position.
A good understanding and directly hands-on experience in accounting functions gained with retail industry.
A good eye for details and a genuine interest in managing daily finance and accounting operations.
Sound knowledge in Excel and ERP system
Excellent competence in both spoken and writing English and Chinese
Ability to work with diverse cultures
Capable of meeting deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent Business ethics and high integrity
