职位描述：

Job Description:

1. Costing: prepare & analyze cost calculations, including material, personnel and other costs; check and compare with different sources of information, such as reference projects, purchase orders and project engineers;

2.Contract management: read, analyze, understand and work with contracts; manage contractual risks;

3. Account receivable management: manage payment milestones and securities; prepare invoice in time; follow up on due payments customer;

4. Claims management: lead the project in regards of claim management; prepare relevant correspondences and documents to customer;

5. Prepare commercial summary of respective projects;

6. Negotiations with customers;

7. Additional commercial analysis.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above;

2. Experienced in above described tasks;

3. Professional understanding of project cost controlling;

4. Knowledge about cost accounting, financial background knowledge such as PRC GAAP or international GAAP would be a plus;

5. Basic knowledge or at least interest in technical issues required;

6. Fluent English;

7. Good at MS Office;

8. Team player, motivated & energic.

GUANGZHOU HERRENKNECHT TUNNELLING MACHINERY CO., LTD., is a joint venture between Herrenknecht AG and Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group Corp., main share holding by Herrenknecht AG. The company locates in Huangge Industry Park, Nansha, Guangzhou with a total area of 46,000 square meters, and started operation officially in December 2005 with around 400 employees till now. Its business scope includes manufacture of TBM equipment and components; assembly, commission and refurbishment of TBM; after-sales Service of TBM; bonded storage; international and domestic trade.
