Product Design Manager（R&D）/产品设计项目经理—Famous USA Mechanical Company

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support key account mangers to introduce the new technology to customers;

2. Lead or support cost and quality improvement activities that are related to the product design;

3. Translate customer requirements into specified design criteria;

4. Lead DFMEA activity from project initiation through to the life of the product;

5. Develop product design concept solutions that meet customer requirements or standards;

6. Support product costing activities, create and maintain product BOM;

7. Provide technical inputs to ensure that proper tests and validation plans are developed and implemented;

8. Participate in Project Team activities;

9. Communicate design direction and review technical issues with customers;

10. Ensure that product design activities meet timing and cost targets;

11. Understand Customer Technical Strategies and anticipate future component requirements;

12. Understand customer product rollout plans so as to understand timing requirements for new products;

13. Understand and follow Product Design Release Engineer tasks and responsibilities per the Product Development Process;

14. Benchmark analysis for competitor components;

15. Understand and follow Internal Engineering Procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years working experience in R&D engineering area and over 30 years old;

2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or above;

3. Good English skills;

4. Good understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing processes and documentations;

5. Be able to use Pro/E, UG, AUTO CAD;

6. Be familiar with APQP and PPAP;

7. Good communication skills;

8. Be self motivated and able to coordinate multiple programs concurrently.
