职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of staff ’s payroll and benefits matters;
2. Collect all payroll data resources including but not limited to new hires, termination, special salary adjustment, promotion, mandatory benefits and attendance data;
3. Complete annual C&B survey data collection and other C&B projects;
4. Prepare related payroll and benefits report, analyze variances data;
5. Answer employees’ questions about compensation and benefits;
6. Continuous learning local labor law and regulation, C&B concept and management skills.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Fluent English, both in oral and written
3. Above 4 years HR experiences, solid knowledge in payroll and local labor law;
4. Work independently, efficiently and can work under pressure, high level of self-motivation
5. Keep confidentiality on all data information;
6. Good operation at MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 举报 分享
