职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. System integration, update, implementation, improvement, and training
2.To set up team targets following company development, and organize relevant resources to achieve targets excellently.
3. Responsible for weekly and monthly quality regular meeting (prepare report and follow up the output of the meeting)
4. According to the working content, manage and control department cost.
5. To keep good communication into internal cross-function and the external functions
6. Complaints feedback, investigation and improvement
7. Responsible for the major quality problems with customers or suppliers to coordinate communication and processing
8. Risk early warning, report the accident and the product defects timely

Required skills/experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering,quality management and other professionals.
2. More than 8 years experiences working in Quality filed and at least 3 years quality management in relevant industry.
3. Good skill of English, reading and writing and fluent communication
4. Have stronger organization and coordination abilities
5. Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills
7.Be familiar with quality accident treatment.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
9.Be capable of self-motivation
