PRIMARY FUNCTION
Contributes to office staffing, retention, development, brand management and all administrative processes. Supports the achievement of corporate and assigned objectives as well as future strategic goals of Human Resources.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Team and Self Development
? Owns personal development through continuous learning and proactively seeks new assignments that build knowledge and improve skills.
? Ensures members of the team are properly trained with the skills necessary to be successful in their respective jobs.
? Supervises daily operations of areas of responsibility.
? Manages projects and achieves goals with minimal guidance.
Staffing
? Fills open positions timely by implementing best methods, including interviewing guidelines, common reporting and metrics and active recruitment.
? Utilizes global compensation policies to manage and leverage competitive market compensation and benefits.
Retention
? Benchmarks global turnover goals for each assigned region and monitors retention, including recruiting competition, upward mobility, pay and benefits and follow up on retention efforts.
? Manages local responsibilities for quarterly and annual Award of Excellence, and monthly Great Team Card Recognition program.
Development:
? Leverages Management Review, Destination Plans and IDP’s to create actionable development plans to accelerate growth of High Potential team members.
? Communicate career paths for team members, encouraging diverse career development including both vertical growth and cross functional move.
Brand Management
? Behaves everyday with integrity and trust and always acts a Target Brand Ambassador. Promotes ethics and integrity programming to all team members.
? Maintains integrity of MAX team member data with timely processing of hires, changes and terminations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
? 6 - 8 years of Human Resources experience
? Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
? Knowledge of core HR practices, procedures, policies and functions
? Excellent communication skills in English and local office language, both written and verbal
? Strong MS office skills and ability to use all relevant tools and systems
