职位描述：
Responsibilities
· Assist in company registration projects
· Documents submission and communication with authorities
· Assist in projects like change of business scope or address, increase of registered capital, change of legal representative, visa application for clients
· Keep proper client documents filing systems and department database
· Provide support to team members whenever necessary.

Requirement:
· Bachelor degree or above preferable in Law or English
· Able to work independently and carry out tasks in a pro-active way
· Good spoken and written skills both in English and in Chinese
· Profound knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) and internet application
· Proven willingness and ability to learn in a challenging environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented 举报 分享
