工作职责：

1. 负责对工厂设备设施进行维修, 确保机器设备运转正常；
2. 制订并实施设备设施的保养计划, 确保设备在良好的状态下运行；
3. 推行TPM，不断降低停机时间，参与技术改进活动，不断提高设备能力及状况；
4. 实施设备预防性维护及大中修计划，组织进行机台技术培训，加强自主维护的能力；
5. 协助建立完善的备件管理系统，以提高维修效率，协助主管对设备进行更新和改进和零配件的管理；
6. 遵守国家的法律法规和各项专业的操作规程, 确保人身和环境的安全；
7. 完成上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 电子电气或机械专业大专以上毕业. 英语良好；
2. 熟悉海德堡印刷机的维修及保养优先；
3. 四年以上相关工作经验，动手能力强；
4. 熟练使用电脑，能使用CD74进行机械制图；
5. 善于与不同部门沟通，有服务意识；
6. 有大厂工作经验者有优先。
