Responsibilities:

• Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, track product development and generate product launch plans
• Drive process optimization to improve process capability, product quality, lead time & cost
• Work with and support a cross- functional internal team (e.g. sales, material supply, project, production,etc.) with technical knowhow
• Manage an Engineering Department of Research and Development to improve, optimize & upgrade the overall technology level of the Technology Group to the world class standard
• To be responsible for defining products fulfilling customer requirements and complying with the Group and Product Line design rules
  To ensure that DfSS, DFMEA, Design Reviews, Check lists and appropriate Modeling & Simulation tools
  
  

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience (higher level degree a plus).MS is a plus.
• 8 or above years of relevant working experiences in research & development of components manufacturing process in which 3 years must be a supervisor/team leader/manager of sizeable corporation
• Have excellent and strong leadership and inter-personal skills able to effectively communicate
• Good English
