工作职责：

1. 电脑设备的搜寻、采购谈判及采购订单的执行；
2. 在采购过程中，协助确认技术规格及质量标准，控制采购成本，并监督供应商的
   生产及供应流程以确保产品质量，并准时交货；
3. IT产品的成本的核算控制；供应商对帐的核对。并随时与财务核对每一笔IT货款的对帐情况；
4. 配合公司目标，不断开发合格及有竞争力的供应商，确保充分可靠的供应来源，
   以满足公司的营运需求；
5. 管理采购流程，组织招投标，与供应商议价，草拟合同或复核订单，复核采购管
   理报告，定期评估供应商，并在此过程中持续提高效率及完善采购数据库。

工作要求：

1. 大学本科或以上学历，主修计算机、通信、电子工程等相关专业者优先考虑；
2. 5年以上采购、贸易或市场营销的工作经验，具备电脑设备采购及IT行业经验者优
   先；
3. 良好的英文听说读写能力，能熟练运用MicrosoftOffice办公软件。
4. 熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购相关质量管理体系；
5. 良好采购谈判能力和协调能力，团队精神强；
6. 品德优良、忠实可靠、责任心强，具有较强韧性。
